Functional Medicine is an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to assess and treat the root cause of illness and disease. Each patient starts with an in-depth consult, where we discuss the history of your condition, as well as factors from your life experiences that could influence overall health. Patients will receive personalized recommendations for pertinent laboratory testing and lifestyle modifications to provide durable and optimal outcomes. At Boundless Health, we advocate for an approach to treatment that is patient driven and empowers the individual to be an active participant in their care.
